Join Z Puppets for their Indigenous Short Film Festival on April 25
Family-friendly film fun by local artists, hosted by Z Puppets' Chris Griffith (Cherokee Nation)
Local Indigenous artists will be presenting family-friendly short videos featuring animation, puppetry, comedy and drama. Each screening is free to attend, will be 45 minutes long, and is served popcorn! Recommended for ages 6-adults. Space is limited, arrive up to 30 minutes early to get a seat.
Featuring: Traditional Tobacco Story, Spider Story, Star in Cottonwood Tree by MIGIZI and the First Person Productions interns, Diamond Valencia-Wiyaka, Juluis Crow, Shil Deer, Cherish Lussier, Carolenna Roper, Saint Cration, and Rico Palma.
It’s Not For You by the Indigenous Puppetry Cohort, Graci Horne, Jennings Mergenthal, Lys Ackerman-Frank, Julie Boada, Kija Deer, and Darek Clayton DeLille.
